Stagnation of reforms in key areas - economy, justice, infrastructure, etc. - the uncertain political situation in the country in a pre- and post-electoral context, as well as the precarious state of the national economy caused by the decrease in the level of foreign investments, the bank fraud, are factors that determine to a great extent the state of the trade unions in the country. The decrease in the number of union members, the worsening of the workers' rights situation as a result of antisocial reforms, the decrease in the number of collective labor contracts are just some of the challenges faced by the trade unions in the country.
